I got it in the car around 7:30pm on saturday, replaced hoses and various pieces....

Then today I finished it up by about 2:00pm. She lives! I have to adjust my crank sensor, i'm having cutout issues @ 4000rpm. I broke in the cam and changed the oil, will drive it a little and re-adjust the valves this coming weekend. I swapped out the 3.91 diffs for the 3.64 ones. Oh and I put my summer wheels back on.

Now I need to wash her:

Got my crank sync problem fixed, I made my crank spacer too big for the front seal to ride on by 1mm, I put a couple washers behind the crank sensor bracket to center the sensor on the toothed wheel and all is well!

I found out why my speedo isn't working, I don't have a reluctor wheel on the new diff. I didn't notice it when I put it in so I pulled the one from my 3.91 diff and will install it when I get a chance, 1-2 hour job I'll be doing for the 4th time. (4.10 stock, 3.91 with manual swap that whined, replaced the 3.91 with a quiet one, now the 3.64 one..)

Thanks!

I did take a small vid, I suck at making videos.... Heres a 1st-3rd gear run up to about 80 on a back road w/ the 3.64 gears:

Not sure how to embed videos over here yet, so a link will have to do...

You can hear my tires rubbing @ the end when I went over a hump/manhole cover. This is @ 9 psi off the wastegate spring for now, will be turning it back up as soon as the engine is fully broken in.

Will try and make another better quality one soon.

looking good!

hopefully in a few years I'll be doing something similar :D

BTW I owe you the tools you lent me. turns out there was nothing wrong with the lawn mower engine - my stepdad just never changed the oil, it was 99% water/gas!

Cool man glad it was an easy fix!

I should have an update here really soon.

I ordered the camber plates from ground control and will be ordering coil overs soon. $414 shipped on the plates.
